Improving health care in the ACT: HCCA’s contribution

This report outlines HCCA’s contribution to building a consumer-centred health system that provides safe, accessible, and high-quality health care in the ACT.

We demonstrate HCCA’s contribution to improved health care in the ACT during the period of its 2021–2024 strategic plan. We present 14 case studies that document examples where HCCA contributed to systemic changes in the health system.
