HCCA End of Year Shutdown 2024-2025

4 December 2024

After a busy year, HCCA is closing its office from 4pm on Monday 23 December 2024 until 10am on Monday 6 January 2025.

During this time, no phone calls, emails or messages will be answered. You can still email us at [email protected], but be aware we will only respond once we re-open after 6 January 2025. During this period, you can still access our Consumer and Health service provider guides, such as our consumer complaints guide, on our website.
