HCCA has developed a series of e-learning modules to help parents of sick children learn about how to advocate for their child and themselves in health care. These were developed with the parents and clinicians on the Paediatric Liaison and Navigation Service (PLaNS) Consumer Reference group and include videos with tips from parents and clinicians.
All the modules are free and can be accessed on desktop or mobile.
